Enjoy three flavors of cookies with our Shortbread Trio. The Holiday Trio includes Pistachio Snap, Simply Short and Spiced Cocoa. These flavors are complemetary featuring various warm, wintery spices: cardamom, cinnamom, vanilla, cloves and nutmeg.

Pistachio Snap
Light and crisp, full of wintery spices like cardamom, cinnamon and a hint of orange. The  base dough is made from ground pistchios and a locally milled buckwheat, so it's naturally gluten-free!

Spiced Cocoa
Perfect for the holidays, chocolatey with seasonal flavors like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and a touch of cayenne pepper for extra warmth. Flecked with chunks of white chocolate, it feels like a cozy cup of sweetness, in cookie form.
